About Clear Path
Clear Path Development is a non-profit organization geared towards helping youth transition out of foster care, and into society. Our mission is to enhance the quality of their lives, by providing the necessary support and resources that will ensure they develop essential life skills, so they can become productive citizens.

Clear Path is dedicated to ending homelessness amongst the youth aging out of foster care. In addition to housing, we offer programs and services that ensure all youth leaving our care, are prepared, and equipped with the proper knowledge and life skills necessary to lead successful lives.
Stars Program
Reach for the stars with Clear Path’s guidance, tutoring, career readiness, resume and job interviewing preparation.
Open Arms Program
Clear Path welcomes and supports 18-21 year olds with its Open Arms Housing Program.
