Through housing, education, mentoring and life coaching, we ensure our youth have a clear path to a successful future.
There are approximately 15,000 children in foster care, in Pennsylvania. 32 percent of Pennsylvania foster care youth are aging out and not being connected with family. Once they turn 18 years old, they are sent out into the world, not fully prepared or equipped to make it on their own. Clear Path Development understands the importance of providing care , even after foster care. We allow youth to remain in our care between the ages of 18-21, while working, and/or attending school. We provide career counseling and life coaching so that they can learn to be self-sufficient once they transition out of foster care.
We provide housing and on-going love and support for youth between the ages of 10-21 in the foster care system. We also have separate housing to accommodate both male and female youth. We partner with the Department of Family and Children Services and we’re proud to serve Philadelphia, Chester and surrounding counties
We provide career counseling, such as resume and cover letter building, job interview preparation, and give our youth all the confidence they’ll need along their journey by providing the necessary resources, knowledge, and key information. In addition, we offer life skills coaching so they can learn to be self-sufficient once they transition out of foster care.
