Life Skills Development
We teach practical life skills including financial literacy, budgeting, communication, apartment readiness, problem-solving, and daily living skills to build confidence and independence.
Mentorship & Resource Navigation
We connect young adults with mentors, community resources, education, employment, healthcare, housing referrals, and personalized guidance as they transition into adulthood.

Our mission is to equip young adults with the skills, resources, and opportunities they need to build stable, independent, and successful futures.
Why It Matters
Each year, thousands of young adults age out of foster care and begin adulthood without the support system many of their peers rely on. Without continued guidance, they face increased risks of homelessness, housing instability, unemployment, and barriers to education that can make the transition to adulthood overwhelming.
At Clear Path Development, our goal is to ensure that aging out of foster care does not determine a young person’s future. By providing practical life skills, mentorship, career readiness, and connections to essential community resources, we help young adults build the foundation for stable, independent, and successful futures.
