We provide housing and on-going love and support for youth between the ages of 10-21 in the foster care system. We also have separate housing to accommodate both male and female youth.
There are approximately 15,000 children in foster care, in Pennsylvania. 32 percent of Pennsylvania foster care youth are aging out and not being connected with family.
We provide career counseling, such as resume and cover letter building, job interview preparation, and give our youth all the confidence they’ll need along their journey by providing the necessary resources.
Clear Path Development is a non-profit organization geared towards helping youth transition out of foster care, and into society. Our mission is to enhance the quality of their lives, by providing the necessary support and resources that will ensure they develop essential life skills, so they can become productive citizens.
There are approximately 15,000 children in foster care, in Pennsylvania. 32 percent of Pennsylvania foster care youth are aging out and not being connected with family. Once they turn 18 years old, they are sent out into the world, not fully prepared or equipped to make it on their own. Clear Path Development understands the importance of providing care , even after foster care. We allow youth to remain in our care between the ages of 18-21, while working, and/or attending school. We provide career counseling and life coaching so that they can learn to be self-sufficient once they transition out of foster care.
